DESCRIPTION
|
|
|
To give
the professional drilling team the necessary understanding of the concerns
and hazards of drilling HP/HT wells prior to spud-in. To present and to
create an understanding of the agreed and improved procedures before drilling
of a HP/HT well as laid out by the drilling contractor and the oil company.
The participant will be able to:

To create an environment where
team members challenge existing HP/HT practices and procedures and suggest or
develop new ones that will enhance operational performance and safety
·
Identify and eliminate
activities that have the potential to increase drilling risks
·
Openly discuss issues that
impact on operational performance
