    Training ini ditujukan untuk para manajer yang baru, supervisor perusahaan dan pemimpin tim.Ini membantu supervisor memahami peran mereka dan memberikan mereka cara untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.Training ini berfokus pada pengaturan output  untuk bawahan dan pemantauan ini sejalan dengan membaiknya kinerja dan produktivitas.Training ini mengeksplorasi keterampilan dan perilaku yang dibutuhkan untuk mengelola diri sendiri dan membangun tim berkinerja tinggi.Training ini juga berfokus pada tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh setiap manajer dan  bagaimana melaksanakan pekerjaanTraining ini juga menawarkan pengawasan dan manajemen alat-alat yang akan menjamin manajer memiliki keterampilan dan alat untuk mengatur output kerja  untuk bawahan mereka, dan memotivasi mereka dapat memantau output ini secara efektif. Hal ini akan meningkatkan kinerja tim dan kerja sama dan memungkinkan untuk pertumbuhan perusahaan.
